Last updated: 2 January 2026

These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all advertising bookings placed with Term Time Magazine, published by Primary Media (“the Publisher”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, the advertiser (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. About Term Time Magazine

Term Time Magazine is a digital magazine, with printed copies available to schools, partners and advertisers upon request. Distribution format, print quantities and availability are determined solely by the Publisher.

  1. Advertising Orders

An advertising order is deemed confirmed once agreed with the Publisher via email, telephone, written correspondence or any other form of written or verbal confirmation.

Once an order has been confirmed, it becomes a legally binding agreement subject to these Terms.

  1. Cancellation Policy

All advertising bookings are subject to a strict non-cancellation policy.

Once an advertising order has been agreed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn, regardless of publication format, timing or distribution.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Invoices are issued with 7-day payment terms
  • Full payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice date
  • Late payment may result in delayed publication, suspension of advertising, or refusal of future bookings

The Publisher reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate recovery methods.

  1. Artwork & Proofing
  • Clients will be supplied with a draft artwork proof
  • This draft is a mock-up only, created to showcase layout and positioning
  • It does not represent the final published version
  • Reasonable changes may be requested at the draft stage

Final artwork approval is the responsibility of the Client.

  1. Content Responsibility

The Client confirms that all supplied content (including text, images, logos and claims):

  • Is accurate, lawful and not misleading
  • Does not infringe copyright, trademarks or third-party rights
  • Complies with all relevant advertising standards and regulations

The Publisher accepts no liability for inaccuracies, claims, omissions or errors contained within Client-supplied content.

  1. Publisher’s Rights

The Publisher reserves the right to:

  • Refuse, amend, remove or reposition any advertisement at its discretion
  • Decline advertising that is deemed unsuitable, misleading or incompatible with the publication
  • Terminate an advertising agreement at any time, without liability, where necessary

No compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

  1. Errors & Liability

Primary Media and Term Time Magazine accept no responsibility for:

  • Printing or publishing errors
  • Technical faults, digital display variations or distribution issues
  • Any loss, damage or indirect consequence arising from publication

The maximum liability of the Publisher shall not exceed the value of the advertising fee paid.

  1. Publication & Distribution

While every effort is made to meet publication schedules and distribution plans, dates, formats and circulation are not guaranteed.

The Publisher reserves the right to make reasonable changes where operationally required.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
